Almost 6 out of 10 embarrassed by America's politicians

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 26% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -17 (see trends).

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of voters are embarrassed by the behavior of America’s Political Class.

Thirty-one percent (31%) believe the United States is generally heading in the right direction. At the same time, investor confidence has fallen to a new 2010 low and 51% of investors report their personal finances are getting worse.
