The Obama administration has included the Arizona state immigration law in a report of human rights abuses to the United Nations, that collective negation of humanity and home to the worst human rights abusers in the world.
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer struck back Friday, demanding that the reference to Ariozna's immigration law be taken out of the State Department's report to the UN's human rights commissioner. Brewer wrote a letter to Hillary Clinton saying that the inclusion of Arizona in the UN report was "downright offensive." Brewer said -- and she was right -- that "the idea of our own American government submitting the duly enacted laws of a state of the United States to ‘review' by the United Nations is internationalism run amok and unconstitutional."
First Barack Obama attacked America by suing Arizona for passing a law that merely reflected federal immigration law. And now this.
Decades before the post-American president took office, Ayn Rand saw the UN for what it was, and what every free person should have known it was -- and it has only gotten worse since then: "Psychologically, the U.N. has contributed a great deal to the gray swamp of demoralization -- of cynicism, bitterness, hopelessness, fear and nameless guilt -- which is swallowing the Western world." That, of course, is just the kind of guilt Obama and his cronies play upon. This guilt and demoralization was largely due to Communism in those days; now, the "gray swamp" is still there, but it stems from Islam.
Barack Obama is an internationalist, and this has more ominous implications for American sovereignty. As soon as he became president, he took decisive steps to submit American sovereignty to the will of international bodies.
Legal expert M. Edward Whelan III has spelled out the implications of this. He explains that transnationalists, among whom Obama and many of his appointees must clearly be numbered, "aim in particular to use American courts to import international law to override the policies adopted through the processes of representative government."
Whelan is the president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center and the former general counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. "What transnationalism, at bottom, is all about," he explains, "is depriving American citizens of their powers of representative government by selectively imposing on them the favored policies of Europe's leftist elites."
Whelan wrote this before Obama reported Arizona to the UN, and the Arizona case bears him out fully. Obama's latest attack on America may shock Americans, but readers of my book The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration's War on America nod their heads in recognition. It's all in the book: the relinquishing of American sovereignty and Obama's internationalism.

Pamela Geller: Obama is using David Cameron to lash Israel
Speaking in Turkey on Tuesday, British Prime Minister David Cameron slammed Israel and called Gaza a “prison camp.” (Apparently Gaza is the first prison camp with luxury shopping malls.) The British Foreign Office has been taking the blame for this betrayal of Israel, but they’re claiming they were as surprised as anyone. Now, a high-placed and knowledgeable source has informed me that it was Obama’s people who put the slamming of Israel into Cameron’s speech.
Cameron also said that “the Israeli attack on the Gaza flotilla was completely unacceptable.” He didn’t mention the ties of the Turkish-backed IHH “activists” on the flotilla to global jihad terror groups. He didn’t mention that the “activists” on the Turkish flotilla, the Mavi Marmara, were chanting, “Khaibar, Khaibar, O Jews, the army of Muhammad will return” – a chant that refers to Muhammad’s massacre of the Jews at the Arabian oasis of Khaibar.
And now we learn that it was the Obama camp that put Cameron up to this. It comes as no surprise. Obama himself termed Israel’s defensive action against the jihad flotilla “tragic.”
Just as Blair was Bush’s “puppy,” Cameron is Obama’s lapdog.

New York gives go-ahead to Ground Zero mosque
New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission voted 9-0, in favor of a mosque near the site of the Twin Towers, which were destroyed in the 9/11 attacks. The vote removed the last obstacle to building the mosque. Pamela Geller: "I shouted, 'shame on you' and was joined by many others. Daisy Khan gloated and applauded gleefully. I find Imam Rauf and Daisy Khan's callousness towards the pain and grief they are causing to be radically intolerant."

The Post-American Presidency and its all-star blurbers
“This book is a chilling analysis of how the policy of President Barack Obama is chipping away at the very foundation of America's leading role in the world. It exposes his philosophy of near universal ‘moral equivalency’: a philosophy that is a dead ringer for the cultural relativism that has been poisoning Europe for the past decades. America is the last man standing and it is vital that the people of Europe adopt the attitude of proud American citizens and learn that it is not shameful to be proud of one’s heritage. This book is incredibly fascinating and at the same time holds a deeply disturbing message we should all take to heart.”
--Geert Wilders, Dutch MP
“Barack Obama is the most radical individual ever to occupy the White House. This excellent book by Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer explains exactly what that means and why its implications are fraught with such dangers for this great Republic.”
--David Horowitz, author of Radical Son
“Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer are two of the most incisive analysts of events at home and abroad, and you could not ask for better guides to where ‘hope,’ ‘change’ and czars are taking us – and what Americans can do about it.”
--Mark Steyn, New York Times bestselling author of America Alone
“In The Post-American Presidency, Pamela Geller shines her laser on President Barack Obama – his life, his values, his friends and his perceptions of the country he leads. What she reports will disturb not only every American who believes in that America is the Shining City on the Hill and that the American people are what Abraham Lincoln referred to as ‘the almost chosen people.’ It should also disturb people around the world who recognize that the international system stops working when the American Atlas shirks the burden of its uniqueness.”
--Caroline Glick, author of The Shackled Warrior
“With their characteristic attention to detail, clarity and fearlessness, Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer assay the wreckage. The Post-American Presidency is must reading for every concerned American who needs to know why we’re in this perilous moment, and where we’re headed if we don’t take our exceptional country back.”

Product Description
Popular conservative blogger Pamela Geller and New York Times bestselling author Robert Spencer sound a wake-up call for Americans to stop the Obama administration from limiting our hard-won freedoms, silencing our democratic voices, and irreparably harming America for generations to come.
America is being tested in a way that she has never been tested before. Since taking the oath of office in January 2009, President Barack Obama has cheered our enemies and demoralized our allies. He is hard at work "remaking" America by destroying the free-market system and nationalizing major segments of our economy, demonizing dissent and restricting freedom of speech, turning against our longtime friends, and above all, subjecting us to the determinations of foreign authorities.
In this timely and urgent battle cry, Pamela Geller, founder of the widely popular website www.AtlasShrugs.com, and New York Times bestselling author Robert Spencer team up to expose the Obama administration’s destructive agenda—largely ignored by the mainstream media—and rally Americans to protect the sovereignty of a country that is under siege by the highest levels of its own government. As Americans see their paychecks shrinking every day, Obama ignores our forefathers’ founding principle: individual rights. Instead, he seeks to level the playing field—to transform both the global and national landscape in favor of our enemies—even if it means cutting America off at the knees. He envisions himself as more than just a president of the United States, but as a shaper of the new world order, an internationalist energetically laying the groundwork for global government: the president of the world.
A vital guide to helping conservatives prepare for the tough battles ahead, The Post-American Presidency critically examines the Obama administration’s ominous and revealing moves against our basic freedoms, particularly as he seizes control of the three engines of the American economy: health care, energy, and education. The Shining City on a Hill has gone dark. But America is not dead. The time is NOW to stand up and fight.

Pamela Geller: Eminent domain to stop Ground Zero mosque?
When was the last time you heard a politician talking like Carl Paladino?
Carl Paladino, a Republican candidate for Governor of New York, has come out against the Islamic supremacist mega-mosque at Ground Zero.
"As Governor," Paladino said Wednesday in a radio ad, "I will use the power of eminent domain to stop this mosque and make the site a war memorial instead of a monument to those who attacked our country."
I like this guy. I really like this guy. If the Supreme Court could rule, in the notorious 2005 decision Kelo v. City of New London, that the government could seize private property for a private developer and then never develop the property, surely Americans should be able to use eminent domain to designate the Burlington Coat Factory building a war memorial.
That building is a war memorial since part of one of the 9/11 airplanes crashed into it, causing severe damage. That makes the building a war memorial, no less than Gettysburg or Pearl Harbor. There should be no mosque there, and nothing there but a memorial to the people that America lost to that heinous Islamic jihad attack on September 11, 2001.
Instead of a mega-mosque at Ground Zero, we should build on that site a museum dedicated to the 9/11 victims. That will give us the opportunity to redress yet another insult: the current plan for a 9/11 museum is several floors underground, like a dungeon. In contrast, the plan for the "Islamic center" at the Burlington Coat Factory site calls for the mosque to be on the top floor of a thirteen- or fifteen-story building, looking down triumphantly on the burial ground of Ground Zero.
I don't think so.

Pamela Geller: "One of the pillars of Obama’s post-American presidency is the Islamization of America"
The White House has stood by NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden’s statement that Obama told him that “foremost” among NASA’s responsibilities was finding “a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with predominantly Muslim nations, to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science, math, and engineering.”
Obama stuck to this ridiculous idea that NASA should be devoted to Muslim outreach even after Michael Griffin, former head of NASA under the Bush Administration, said the idea that NASA should be devoted to making Muslims feel good was “deeply flawed.”
“NASA … represents the best of America. Its purpose is not to inspire Muslims or any other cultural entity,” said Griffin.
What is the point of Obama’s directive to Bolden? It is clearly more than outreach. Obama made ample provision for that when he created an entirely new division at the State Department specifically for that very thing: outreach to the worldwide Muslim community (Ummah). He named an Indian Muslim, Farah Pandith, as U.S. Special Representative for Muslim Outreach. So high-level was this new office that Pandith reports directly to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. One of the pillars of Obama’s post-American presidency is the Islamization of America.

PayPal cuts service to Pamela Geller, opponent of Ground Zero mosque, on allegations she promotes "hate, violence, racial..."
Conservative blogger Pamela Geller says she has been threatened with discontinuation of her online payment account by PayPal, the most widely used service of its kind.
On her popular Web site, Atlas Shrugs, Geller posted the text of an e-mail notice she received Saturday morning from PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy Department.
"[A]fter a recent review of your account, it has been determined that you are currently in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy," the PayPal e-mail said. "Under the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive payments for items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance or the financial exploitation of a crime."
Geller said similar "acceptable use" violation notices were also sent by PayPal to two organizations she helped establish, the Freedom Defense Initiative (FDI) and Stop Islamicization of America (SIOA).
PayPal is a division of the online market eBay, whose former CEO Meg Whitman recently won the Republican gubernatorial nomination in California
Geller helped organize a major protest against the "Ground Zero Mosque" in New York City. The shutdown notices from PayPal, Geller said in a telephone interview Saturday, came after she received widespread media attention and sponsored an advertising campaign that offered support to former Muslims threatened for renouncing the faith. Her activism is funded almost entirely by small online contributions from readers.
An Associated Press article about Geller last month quoted Faiza Ali, of the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, who accused Geller of a "long-standing history of anti-Muslim bigotry." Geller said Saturday she is considering pursuing legal action against PayPal's attempt to attach a "hate" label to her site.
"What do they expect me to do, stop blogging about jihad?" said Geller, whose blog emphasizes national security issues, Mideast policy and the War on Terror. "These are strange times. And they're going to get stranger still."

Pamela Geller, of Atlas Shrugs, on Obama: "...he's a dolt...the ass that Barack Obama should be kicking is his own"
...it was not Tony Hayward, it was Obama who did nothing for days, weeks, while whole swaths of coast were destroyed. He used the opportunity to kill all offshore drilling. So many bright, creative ideas were tossed aside, much the way Obama has tossed aside all things redolent of capitalism, American exceptionalism and American sovereignty. Such incompetence is indicative of complete stupidity and head-in-posterior paralysis, or something more sinister and destructive. Either way, it ain’t good.
I think it’s the former … he’s a dolt. But he is also a true believer in hard-left socialism. And in any crisis, the policies of the left always fail, without exception because you need the producers, the object of the left’s destruction.
Predictably, Obama is going after the producers: not even an hour after the media went into vacation mode for the Memorial Day weekend, so that what would be done would be largely out of sight, the House of Representatives votes 215 to 204 to increase the tax on every oil barrel from 8 cents to 34 cents.
This will cause across-the-board inflation, as everyone tries to make everyone else absorb the cost of the increase. It is a new impossible burden placed on American businesses.
Where is all the money they have already sucked out of the guts of this great nation? Where the hell is all our dough?
They are robbing us blind. And Obama is blaming George W. Bush for the spill. Got that?
Obama has also seized the opportunity of this disaster to say no to new oil drilling. Nothing like using a crisis to aid and abet the global jihad, which is financed by our oil revenue, and to hold America hostage to jihad oil-producing countries.
He also sent SWAT teams to the Gulf “to inspect all platforms and rigs.” SWAT teams? Was the oil leak a terrorist attack? Or is this just more sabotage to kill any oil drilling and exploration in the United States?
The ass that Barack Obama should be kicking is his own.

Obama bloats school budgets to build a "cult of Obama"
President Obama's budget has added more than $100 billion of federal taxpayer money to what is called "education," so that means it will be spent by alumni of the Saul Alinsky school of radical community organizing and/or the Chicago Democratic machine. We're indebted to Pamela Geller of AtlasShrugs.com for exposing the shocking use of some of these funds.
Obama is using the public schools to recruit a private army of high-schoolers to "build on the movement that elected President Obama by empowering students across the country to help us bring about our agenda." We now know that Obama's "agenda" is to move the United States into European-style socialism.
Obama's Internet outreach during his campaign, Obama for America, has been renamed Organizing for America (OFA) in order to recruit students to join a cult of Obama and become activists for his goals. Geller discovered that the teacher of an 11th-grade government class in Massillon, Ohio, passed out the sign-up sheet, headed with Obama's "O" logo, asking students to become interns for Organizing for America.
These interns will be given an intensive nine-week training course using comprehensive lesson plans. Assigned readings include Stir It Up: Lessons from Community Organizing and Advocacy by the left-wing activist Rinku Sen, Saul Alinsky's notorious Rules for Radicals and particular sections of Obama’s Dreams From My Father dealing with Obama's days as a community organizer in Chicago.
Republican students will be filtered out of the intern program by requiring applicants to answer questions that reveal their politics. One example is, "What one issue facing our country is important to you and why?"
Geller said the purpose of this training to become Alinsky-style community organizers, is "of course, to elect more Democrats."
